How charges for numbers are processed

Funds are only deducted when an SMS is received on the purchased number upon completion of the operation or when its timer expires (automatic termination).

The process of deducting funds occurs in the following sequence:

  1. Purchase number.

    Funds for the number are transferred to the frozen balance.

  2. Receive SMS: When an SMS is received, the funds for the number are deducted from the frozen balance.

  3. Close number: You can close the number by clicking on the red cross. The funds for the number are then deducted from the frozen balance.

    Cancelling number: If no SMS is received on the number, you can cancel it by clicking on the red cross after two minutes, without waiting for the expiration of the time. The funds will be unfrozen and returned to your account balance.

Note:

  1. Before closing the number, it is strongly recommended to refresh the page, as sometimes SMS messages are received but not displayed.

  2. If you are unable to cancel the number after more than 2 minutes, please contact support chat.

  3. If you receive an SMS that you did not request, contact support chat. A specialist will address your issue and process a refund if the problem is confirmed.
