Since funds are only deducted for received SMS messages on the number, we have implemented a feature called "Frozen balance"
When you purchase a number, the funds are temporarily frozen.

If no SMS is received on the number, you can close it after two minutes from the purchase, and the funds will be unfrozen and returned to the main balance.

If an SMS is received on the number, the funds from the frozen balance will be deducted upon completion of the operation, as the service will be provided.
Thus, there is a movement of funds between the main and frozen balances.
Note:

If your balance is 50 rubles, and the cost of the number is 30 rubles, you cannot buy two numbers simultaneously because after purchasing one number, 30 rubles will be frozen, leaving 20 rubles on the balance.

If the number does not appear after purchase, refresh the page or go to the "My Numbers" section, as there may be delays in browser/internet connection. However, if the problem persists, contact support chat.
