Since funds are deducted for received SMS, they will not be automatically refunded to your account balance in case of canceling the number or upon its expiry.

To request a refund, please contact our support chat. Refunds are processed within 3 hours during the day and within 10 hours during the night.

To confirm an issue with the number, please provide a screenshot.
If you were unable to take a screenshot because the number expired or was closed, the refund will be processed for the first time without confirmation.
However, for subsequent requests, confirmation of the issue with the number via screenshot is mandatory.
